Does anyone want to go to see London After Midnight this Saturday in London(Islington Academy)? It's their first UK gig in 13 years. For added exellency, the support band features Ben Christo from TSOM. Er, I'm not obsessed... er... SHHH. Tickets still available, £14 which includes free entry to Slimelight (which is open until 7.30am I think)

 Why is there so much more hype surrounding St Patrick's Day than any other British patron saint's day? I don't recall anyone mentioning St George's Day, and I'm not sure I know when St David's Day even is... I know about St Andrew's Day, because that's my brother's birthday (coincidentally also named Andrew, although we didn't realise this until he was about six months old) but why does everyone love St Patrick so much? Is it just because we Irish are superior in every way? :P

I have an essay due in about an hour's time OH WELL! I have this bit of music stuck in my head that someone was playing next door at around 13.10, when a notable event occurred, and I can't remember what it is! (the music) ARGH! It reminds me a bit of Venus from the Planets suite but c'est much more populaire than that, might be Bach? I thought it might be Vivaldi but I don't think it is now... ARGH HALP. I am DETERMINED to find out what it is!
Work is depressing, HOWEVER! This time in 72 hours I'll be finishing my last supervision and term shall officially be OVER!!! YAY.
So, only French essay, German essay, German lecture, German translation, French oral, German oral, Use of German and Use of French to go. I AM COUNTING THE MOMENTS.
J'ai wrecked my toe also after attempting to do pointe last night in entirely unsuitable shoes. OOPS. But I saw Kieran, which was great, he's come back to England from SA to find work for a bit (most likely in London). We had an exciting conversation about sequencing the Neanderthal genome, and got accused of being antisocial and not drinking beer. Kieran got ID'd on the door of the gig, which amused me since he is 27.
I should go do work now :S

I got my nose pierced today. Hardly anyone has noticed (and there were 20 of us in a room for dinner tonight). Haven't worked out how to get photos from my phone onto the computer so you'll just have to reserve judgement til you see me. But I really like it.

 I reckon I could make anyone sleep with me simply by playing them a Sisters compilation CD.
